Adult Mission Trip Updated Information

Our 2012 BMZ Adult Mission Trip is scheduled for Sunday, March 18th through Saturday,  March 24th.   

We will be traveling to Joplin, Missouri to with help with rebuilding following the devastating tornadoes of May, 2011.  We have had people asking about costs associated with this trip.  Although we can’t tell you exactly what the trip will cost, we do try to keep the costs as low as possible.  A church in Joplin will be providing us with rustic housing during our stay as well as our breakfasts and lunches from Monday through Friday.  There is no charge for this, however donations are appreciated.  Volunteers will pay for their own meals while traveling to and from Joplin as well as their evening meals.  Gas expenses will be split between all volunteers.  BMZ sponsors fundraisers to help with these expenses, including February’s Loose Change Offering.  If you would like to participate in this great event there is a sign-up sheet on the whiteboard.  If you have questions, please contact Cathy Mark at 314-5464.
